TERMS & CONDITIONS

POSTAGE, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

POSTAGE POLICY

Postage is only available domestically and within mainland UK.  We usually send items second class & recorded – if you require a faster service please contact us.

RETURNS

Where items have been damaged or are faulty, these will be replaced.  Please contact us to arrange their return at hello@theginlaboratory.com – Generally, once your return is received and inspected, and the reason has either been explained or is at least obvious, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. and again once this has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS

Where your purchase(s) have not yet been prepared or sent, they can be cancelled. Where you request a cancellation of a ticket to attend Gin Laboratory, if you could notify us as soon as possible of your difficulty in attending, we can then either re-arrange your booking or cancel it outright.  We are super nice and will normally try and be accommodating, as things happen etc – we know it, but we reserve the right to refuse any request for cancellation requested after 48 hours before the booking time, for any reason.
